Your day-to-day work as Area Manager

Your main priorities will be our employees and clients in Stockholm and Finland. It's our employees who can make the real difference for our clients and their business. Your mission will therefore be to inspire, motivate and coach over 40 team members to deliver a brilliant result every day. Naturally, an important part of your work will be to drive, develop and manage our clients' relations together with the sales team in Stockholm and Finland.

You will be a part of the global management team and work closely with colleagues in Gothenburg, Copenhagen and Warsaw. Findwise AB is since April 2018 a wholly owned company by EVRY AS. Through a deep and fruitful collaboration with EVRY we aim to do more business and business development together.

 

Some of your key responsibilities

  • Full profit and loss responsibility for Findwise Profit Centre Stockholm. The goals are challenging as we continuously are growing, and the profitability goals are high.
  • Drive sales activities for the Stockholm office and have frequent interaction with your own clients at management levels, which involves presenting Findwise offerings, recommendations, facilitating workshops, negotiating and closing business deals.
  • Set up and execute the business plan for Stockholm, take an active part in driving business development activities and developing our internal processes.


Your experience

  • +10 years of working experience of which at least 5-7 years from management position, preferably in IT business.
  • Experience from leading or participating in sales related activities within IT consulting. 
  • Good understanding of enterprise performance management processes (planning, budgeting, forecasting etc).


Professional skill requirements

  • Proven ability to build, manage and foster highly-skilled people.
  • Proven ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Proven track record of being responsible for a sales budget, follow up and reaching sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) in both Swedish and English and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high energy, demanding and team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to meet travel requirements, in Sweden and internationally, if applicable.
